Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain end-to-end features across our AI framework — from backend services and agentic pipelines to the user-facing interfaces that expose them.
Develop backend APIs and services that integrate LLMs, agentic workflows, and tool/data integrations.
Build and maintain frontend interfaces for internal AI tools and dashboards, working directly with the same APIs you build on the backend.
Implement and optimize RAG pipelines and LLM orchestration.
Deploy and operate services on cloud infrastructure using containerization, with attention to observability, performance, and reliability in production.
Conduct testing at multiple levels (unit, API, load) for the components you build, on both backend and frontend.
Document components and contribute to team-wide engineering standards and best practices.
Education/Training
B.Sc. in Communication, Mechatronics, Electronics or Computer Engineering.
B.Sc. in Computer science
ProfessionalExperience
2-5 years of professional software engineering experience.
Hands-on experience with both backend and frontend development (e.g., Python/FastAPI on the backend, React/TypeScript on the frontend) — you should be comfortable owning a feature from an API endpoint through to the UI that consumes it, not backend or frontend alone.
Practical, hands-on experience with generative AI / LLM-based systems specifically — e.g., building with LLM APIs, RAG, prompt engineering, or agentic frameworks; general/classical ML or data science experience alone does not substitute for this.
Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with a cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar); hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) specifically is a big plus.
Experience with an agentic/LLM-orchestration framework such as Google ADK, LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
Familiarity with tool-integration standards such as MCP (Model Context Protocol).
